Warranty

LIT Tools & E-files are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.

If a manufacturing fault occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item with the same product or an equivalent alternative. All warranty claims are subject to verification of the fault and proof of purchase, including the original order confirmation or receipt.

Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping, handling, packaging, return postage, and insurance costs associated with warranty claims.

 

Course Bookings

All course purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training date, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we will work with you to transfer your booking to the next available course date. We kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your training date.

For online courses, students receive instant access to digital learning materials upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, online course purchases are non-refundable.

 

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at info@litnails.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened products in their original condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they are faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
