Digital Course Purchases

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order confirmation.

Customers may request a full refund within this 14-day cancellation period, provided that they have not accessed, logged into, viewed, downloaded, or started any part of the course materials.

Once a customer accesses any course content, downloads materials, or begins the course, they acknowledge that the digital service has commenced and their right to cancel and receive a refund is waived.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
