Our Booking & Cancellation Policy
Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we’ve made the decision to introduce a cancellation policy. We’ve kept it as fair as possible—because we understand that life happens—but we also need to protect our time and business.
Here’s what you need to know:

All deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your appointment and move your deposit to a new date as long as at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full remaining balance of your appointment will still be required and automatically charged.

Failure to pay will result in being unable to rebook until the outstanding balance is cleared.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorise any owed payments to be processed accordingly.
