Our Booking & Cancellation Policy

Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we’ve made the decision to introduce a cancellation policy. We’ve kept it as fair as possible—because we understand that life happens—but we also need to protect our time and business.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • All deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your appointment and move your deposit to a new date as long as at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full remaining balance of your appointment will still be required and automatically charged.

  • Failure to pay will result in being unable to rebook until the outstanding balance is cleared.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorise any owed payments to be processed accordingly.
